An investment of $60,000 secures a 2% ownership share of Broadway Commons, LLC.  This will entitle members to a percentage of profit once the business has a positive cash flow, and all proportionate tax deductions such as business losses, mortgage interest and depreciation.  Investors’ equity is expected to grow steadily, even if the economy slows down. For those who wish to invest more or less, the percentage of ownership will be adjusted accordingly.  With the help of new members and their investments, Broadway Commons is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2010.
